Notice of infringement

If you believe material on the Lyceum infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at info@odysseuslyceum.org or by mail to Odysseus Lyceum, 223 West Wall Street, Suite 299, Midland, Texas 79701, Attn: Copyright Agent. Include: your signature; identification of the work; the location of the material on our site; your contact information; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Midland County, Texas if outside the United States). We forward counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material in ten to fourteen business days unless they tell us they have filed suit.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
